So my stories are for those those adventurous souls who love epic 20th Century journeys, exploring new horizons. Who tire of the same old super heroes yet seek action-adventure stories with a heart-warming ending.

So take a break from your every-day mundane. The endless negative news. Envision yourself, your friends or loved ones battling danger and betrayal; displaying endurance and courage like the characters in the Outback Adventure series.

Stories created by a life-long dreamer, an inveterate wanderer, always relishing a challenge. Who better to write stories? A dreamer who coasted his early years until almost taking his last breath in Ethiopia’s Addis Ababa. Bringing a total new focus to life.

An eclectic life that provides inspiration, settings and authenticity to the Outback Adventure series.

Like the series characters, there's been successes and failures. Ups and downs. A teacher, a training executive and an executive grade public/civil servant plus establishing two multi-state tourism ventures, a consulting operation, small scale property developments and a large restaurant/function center.

Visiting much of Australia, New Zealand, Europe, SE Asia, Africa and the US east and west coasts on both business and leisure. From Los Angeles to Moscow. From Helsinki to Cape Town and sailing the coastlines of Turkey and Greece. Living in Sydney, Tasmania, Queensland’s Gold coast, London and remote Alice Springs. With tropical Darwin now home, the wonders of the great Australian outdoors remain a constant draw card.

An Army Reserve officer (CMF) serving in intelligence, infantry and cavalry units and training in Australia, the UK and Germany. 

All with the chaos of a wonderful family. A wife never deserved, three independent, strong-willed daughters and husbands, and seven delightful grandchildren.
